Or else they’ll have to rely on characters like Big Wheel and Big Man. Not only did they come back, but they’re actively worse this time around. Meaning both elite-level world class hunters and alien monsters that two superpowered Spider-Men struggle against are done in by a reporter with a stun gun. Kraven the Hunter is the main villain for most of Spider-Man 2 and he isn’t anywhere near interesting or dynamic enough to be in that role.
